Do you enjoy video games?

Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTCQB: SOUL)

Does your game have SOUL?

Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. believes that a video game either does, or does not, have “Soul.”

What is “Soul?” As their web site explains, “Soul is akin to personality. It is the thing that makes it stand out.”

And what is “Vibe?” They explain Vibe this way, “The ways in which players hear and talk about games has changed, significantly, in recent years. Consumers have an internal information filter that is becoming more refined by the day.”

The Company – Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTCQB) is an innovator in the video game industry with the “soul” focus on creating video and computer games that are “standout games.” Games that are as fun to talk about, as they are to play.

Not Just Keeping Up, But Leading the Way

Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. understands the different platforms. Whether it is the traditional “PC” game that historically used a physical media (disk, cartridge or floppy) or today’s “digital distribution” channels (app stores, in-game downloads, etc.), SOUL’s focus is on multi-platform support. The Company’s licensed-brand and original IP-based games can be played on consoles, mobile devices and personal computers. As the Company points out on its website, “Each product is supported by a recurring release of monetized games-related content.”  That means they pull in added revenue from sources such as premium downloadable content. Some call this “in-app purchases” as you see becoming the standard.  These can be costumes for the characters in the games and additional tools in the games to make it easier for the player to advance.

Mobile games tend to push further sales of the console or computer games as players that like a game on one platform are very likely to download or buy the same game for another platform or console.

One successful game leads to another similar game purchase, making this a revenue generating marketing vehicles for console releases.  With the games that are owned by SOUL where the intellectual property belongs to SOUL alone, there is significant opportunity for merchandising with a very favorable revenue split to the Company. This will benefit shareholders as this goes straight to the bottom line in many cases as licensed merchandising revenue tends to have little expense associated with it.

The Opportunity: The Business is a true revenue generating marketing vehicle

First… A Look at The Video Game Industry:

The video game player – “The Gamer” – is not necessarily who you think he or she is. The average age of a video game player is 34.  The average age of a video game buyer is 39. Adult gamers typically have been playing an average of twelve years.

In 2010 Video Gamers where in 67% of the Households in America. Let’s break that down further:

  • In 2010 25% of those under 18 played video games.
  • 49% of those aged 18-49 played video games.
  • Yes, 50 plus plays, too.  26% of that age group are “gamers.”
  • What percent of households play video games? 67%

For those that say “only men and boys play video games,” they do not know the facts. The truth is 40% of all females are gamers.
