One word for the above underlined portion: wow! Building an international reach like the company plans to do is going to take someone with proper experience and an efficient tool set. LUDG has this vital detail covered via their President and Director, Patrick Greenish. Check out a few details from his resume': Mr. Greenish is an attorney with extensive experience in Domestic and International Business Development on a Fortune 500 scale that included a tenure as VP of International affairs at Federal Express and Director of International business development at MCI. With Mr. Greenish leading the way with his past experience, LUDG seems to be in good – "experienced" – hands in order to accomplish their goals of an international company. The technical chart for LUDG offers us a "lit fuse" set-up. What is a "lit fuse" set-up? Simple - a "burst" in audience eyeballs that still remains relatively unknown. Scroll down past the chart to read more details. The first aspect of this set-up that needs to be addressed is the fuse being lit. In chart terms, this just means that their is a building of interest/anticipation. How can we make that claim? Easy - look at that newest volume bar! Remember, volume is a measure of interest/anticipation in a stock, and when you have a relatively quiet chart all of a sudden see a burst in volume, the best way to picture it in your head is "the fuse has been lit". The "boom point" according to the chart resides right at $.104. More details on this later, but being $.104 is the popularly used 50-MA, it is currently the chart's resistance, and with a break through this resistance, it would be considered a TECHNICAL BREAKOUT (aka "boom!"). Now, just because a fuse has been lit doesn't mean a massive explosion will happen. That brings about the question, what is the "quality" in the buildup of interest and anticipation? For this, let's take a look at the technical indicators. These tools provide us with great insight into this question. First, looking at the Relative Strength Index (RSI), you can see how the indicator has been putting in higher low after higher low. This allows us to draw an uptrending trendline, which obviously is a bullish event. The RSI is just underneath the 50-line, and with a cross above this, the chart will be taking yet another bullish step forward. Second, the Accumulation/Distribution line has a very unique aspect to it. While the price has been going sideways, look at that MAJOR uptrend in the bull's direction. Seems that through the quiet period people have been slowly accumulating shares and adding them to their stash. Why is this? Do thy know something? Your guess is as good as ours, but it presents a very interesting angle! Finally, this brings us back to the "boom point" and what the potential upside is. Why call it that? Check out the chart above and where the next level of resistance is... $.15 and that is followed by $.20! This is the exact type of upside potential we want in our chart set-ups, and LUDG doesn't disappoint in the potential department. The fuse has been lit and the stage is set. Will this go boom? We don't know about you, but we have it atop our radars! Get LUDG on your watch lists! |
