Ms. Rashidah Binti Robani


Rashidah began her career in 1985 as a bank officer of a commercial bank. She became the Head of Counter Services and later promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of one of the bank’s southern branches, overseeing the overall banking operations and administration.

 

In October 1995, Rashidah joined a telecommunication company, attached to the Customer Services division.  She started as a Team Leader and later chosen to be a trainer for the contact centre staff. During the consolidation of the Customer Services department of two telcos by Accenture, Rashidah was appointed as Acting Head, HR and Training where she was responsible for the entire hiring process and training for customer services.  Upon completion of the consolidation exercise, Rashidah then became an Assistant Head, Human Performance, Customer Quality Centre before joining the Training and Development team of the Group’s Human Resource and Administration division. Among many of the accomplishments during her tenure, Rashidah has represented Customer Services division on its reporting to the top management; appointed as the company’s Internal Trainer by the Director of Human Resources; Chairperson of a domestic enquiry; led the “Experience Customer Interaction” training for top management team; implemented cross training among fixed and mobile services consultants and spokesperson during visits by external parties.

 

Rashidah was also the Head of Training for three other companies involved in business process outsourcing and an NGO providing health services, overseeing the overall training functions. During her 4 years with the NGO, she was the Working Committee Chairperson of its annual scientific meeting. Rashidah was also the Master of Ceremony for company’s events.

 

Rashidah obtained her Certificate in Training Practice by Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK in 2007 and Competency Certification by Selangor Human Resource Development Centre in conjunction with Box Hill College of Tafe, Australia in 1999 for Competency Based Training for Trainers. She has also attended the Professional Aerobic Instructor Course by Bodypower Fitness Centre and Academy in 2011.

 

Rashidah holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (Transport) and Degree in Law from Universiti  Teknologi Mara. Currently she is in her final semester of Masters in Education, Teaching English as a Second Language.


Selaine Lim Shok Ling

  • Certified English Language & Communication Skills Trainer cum Author

 

Selaine Lim is a Certified Trainer by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), graduated with Master of Education (English Studies) in Sheffield Hallam University and Bachelor of Education (TESOL). She has been conducting English Language and Communication Skills Training for more 10 years. She is an author for Grup Karangkraf Sdn. Bhd. who writes creatively “Speak Good English” to be sold thousands of copies monthly nationwide. With her good leadership skills, she has been selected as a Vice President Public Relations of Malaysia Institute of Management Kuala Lumpur Toastmasters Club. She appeared on TV2 for Hello On Two, TV3, Bernama to be a specialist in discussing The Importance of English Language and Communication Skills. She has been a judge in Peace Debating Competition among 60 universities in ASEAN countries. She has valuable experience in teaching English Language to foreigners from Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, India, Myanmar, Vietnam and China.

 

In 2005 and 2012, Selaine Lim was voted as an Excellent Woman by Mingguan Wanita. Selaine Lim was interviewed by Mingguan Wanita and Harian Metro from 2007 to 2008. She has won Project and Table Topics Speaker from Speakwell, Metro and Promuda Toastmasters Club in Kuala Lumpur. In 2006, she achieved Advanced Toastmasters Bronze (ATMB) from Toastmasters International. Perumal Munusamy PMP,AMN,PJK.   B.Econs, LL.B, CMILT (UK), Dip.System Analysis

Mr.Perumal is a retired Deputy State Director of Customs, Selangor. Currently, he is a Customs Consultant and Lecturer for CILT programmes and other logistics institutions. He joined Royal Malaysian Customs in 1973 as a superintendant and worked at various divisions of the Department and held various positions. During the tenure of Service, he acquired experiences from the following Divisions:

  • Customs Division (Import & Export)
  • Internal Tax Division (Sales Tax, Service Tax & Excise Duties)
  • Preventive Division (State preventive & Special Squad HQ)
  • Customs Computer Division.

Perumal worked at various places such as Subang Airport, Johore Customs, Ipoh Inland Station, Customs HQ and Port Klang Customs. At Port Klang he headed the Import, Free Zone Division and Internal Tax division and then finally retired as Deputy State Director of Customs, Selangor.

He had attended several seminars, courses and workshops pertaining to Customs matters at Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Brussels, Switzerland, England and also at Canada. He was also responsible for the successful implementation of Customs

Mr. Raja Shaharuddin Bin Raja Hamzah

Raja Shaharuddin bin Raja Hamzah, A.S.A, FCILT (UK), CERT SHIPPING BUSINESS (JAPAN)

YM.Raja Shaharuddin had been a Part-Time Lecturer in UCSI University from 2007 until 2011. He taught in Transport Economics and Law of Carriage for the B.A (Hons) Degree and in Import and Export Management, Port Management and Inventory Management  for the Masters Degree.

 

He had previously conducted short courses in a number of topics including Inventory and Warehousing, Procurement, Transportation and other Logistics related subjects for the Open University Malaysia and also conducted courses for the “Certificate of Shipping” and “Handling of Dangerous Goods” for the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers.

 

 He had also conducted a three week course for the Management Trainees for the Port of Tanjung Pelepas in 2002. His part-time teaching experience span a period of three decades, starting wayback in 1977 at the then ITM Shah Alam. He started his career in the Klang Port Authority in 1967 and remained in the organization after a series of promotions, his last appointment being the Assistant General Manager of KPA in 1991 and as Head of Special Projects for the Klang Port Management until 1995.

 

He is on the Panel of Lecturers of FFM  and he conducts Courses on Inventory Management, Import & Export, Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse, Procurement Management and related Logistics Topics for Comfori Sdn Bhd.
