"To reward people fairly, equitably and consistently in accordance with their value to the organization"

2nd – 3rd June 2016 in Singapore

Please email tanth@fdb.com.sg with subject code 'TRM-SG' for full agenda and speaker's profile.

Workshop Overview

Total rewards is not a new idea but the world is changing. This workshop focuses on two broad themes. One theme is how the relationship between organizations and employees is being disrupted and how that undermines existing total reward programs and forces a re-design. The other theme is how to bring more analytics and evidence-based thinking to total rewards so that as we re-design our practices they have maximum impact.

Why You Should Attend?

The changing nature of work has caught the attention of world leaders. This year David Creelman's ideas on the future of work were presented at the World Economic Forum in Davos. If you didn't get to Davos, this workshop is a unique opportunity to join David for two days in a rich conversation about the future and what that means for total rewards.

In just 2 days you will able to:

ü  You will be able to lead the discussion in your organization on the future of total rewards

ü  You will be able to present a wider range of total reward options to top management

ü  You will be able to make better use of analytics and evidence to make the best decisions about reward

ü  You will be clear about what you can do, in real life, to improve the practice of total rewards in your organization
