CONSTRUCTION OF 800 ROOMS UNIVERSITY HOSTEL
Good day,
I am Hon. Paul Nwite Okeke , Project adviser S.P.A. to the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. I would like to confirm if actually your company can handle a project of such magnitude which comprises 800 room Universities hostel under direct labour. Naturally, this project was handed over to my office to search for a competent overseas contractor who can give us a masterpiece.
His Excellency gave me specific instructions that all building materials will have to be imported and that the building must be state of the art quality. The contract has already been quantified by the federal ministry of works and urban development. In the event of projecting with your company, we will mobilize your company with the terms of agreement. It is already agreed that50% of the total bill of quantity will be paid to your com pay upfront to enable your company adjust themselves to site. When the project is half completed, your company will be mobilized another 25% and on completion, you will be paid another 25% while 5% will remain as retenship value.
If your company is capable of handling this project, please reply. The total sum of 700milliom US has been earmarked for this project and will be executed in the 5 eastern states of Nigeria.
