SinceIgotinformation about his death I have been expecting his next  ofkintocome over and claim his money because we can not releaseit unlesssomebody applies for it as the next of kin or relation tothe deceasedas indicated in our banking guidelines, but unfortunatelywe learntthat all his supposed next of kin or relation diedalongside with himin the plane crash leaving nobody behind for theclaim.
 
Itisthereforeupon this discovery that I decided to make this businessproposal to youand release the money to you as next of kin orrelation to the deceasedfor safety and subsequent disbursement sincenobody is coming for it andI don't want the money to go into thebanktreasury as unclaimed bill.
 
Amcontactingyoubecause our deceased customer is a foreigner and a Burkinabe cannotstand as a next of kin to foreigner customer.

Thebankingguidelinesstipulate that the fund should be transferred intothe banktreasuryafter 8years if nobody is coming for the claim.
 
Ihaveagreedthat 33% of this money will be for you as foreign partnerinrespect tothe provision of your account for the transfer,  2% willbeset aside forexpenses that might occurred during the  business and65%would be forme, after which I shall visit your country fordisbursementaccording tothe percentagesindicated.
